Community Easter Egg Hunt
The Flagler School Board study session retreat and regular board meeting scheduled for today has been postponed. The retreat has been rescheduled for Friday, March 29 at 8:00 in the school board room. The school board meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, April 1 at 7:00 PM.
Flagler School will be on a 2-hour delay tomorrow, 3/25/24 due to forecasted blizzard conditions. Classes will begin at 10:00 AM and buses will run two hours later than normal. We will send an update in the morning if this delayed start needs to be upgraded to a cancelation.

We are partnering with Colorado Parks & Wildlife to offer a Hunter Education Program at no charge to Flagler students.
Day 1, 4/4 (Thursday) will be a classroom session focusing on education, conservation, rules & regulations, etc. This is a school day. 4th & 5th grade students will attend this session even if they are not interested in registering and completing the certification. 6-12 grade students will attend this session only if they register for the course.
Day 2, 4/5 (Friday) will include firearm safety, a written exam, and time on the range. This is not a school day, but students who register for the course must attend.

The Lady Panthers defeated South Baca tonight in the semi final round of regions. They have earned the right to play Kit Carson for the right to move onto the state tournament. Tge game will be in Campo tomorrow beginning at 4:30.

The Arriba-Flagler school board study session scheduled for Monday, February 12 has been canceled. Instead, the BOE will hold a study session prior to the regular meeting on February 26. The study session will begin at 6:00 PM and the regular meeting at 7:00 PM.
